Kacy and Austin are both from Orlando but currently live in Dallas, Texas. Although Kacy is an event planner and did much of the pre-planning herself, she hired Socialite Events for the final details and logistics. She understood what a wedding planner does and the importance of handing over the activity of the wedding day to a fellow professional. This allowed her and Austin to relax and enjoy every single moment of this special day.
Personal Touches For Your Wedding Day
Your wedding should be uniquely you and reflect who you are as a couple and what’s important to you. Kacy and Austin brought in personal touches that created memorable moments they will cherish for a lifetime. For instance, a bagpiper played for the processional as a nod to Irish heritage. Further, her mom walked her down the aisle and a memory seat was saved for her dad who passed away. Another way she honored her dad was with a set of charms on her bouquet so he could walk down the aisle with her.
Then there was the mother-daughter dance, personalized napkins for the couple’s cats and custom embroidered suits for the men. And don’t forget the custom menu cards with a nod to Texas.
Create A Romantic Feel
Modern romance was the feel of both this real wedding ceremony and reception. Stephanie, owner of Socialite Event Planning says, “As a wedding planner, there are details about each wedding I plan that I just love. At Kacy and Austin’s wedding, one of those details was the singular flower the bridesmaids carried”.
An additional romantic element of this wedding was at the reception where the all white room was full of lush, gorgeous white florals.
Let The Fun Begin With A Custom Wedding Dance Surprise
There is no other word to use except AMAZING to explain the custom wedding dance Austin’s siblings surprised the couple with. This perfectly choreographed dance wowd the bride and groom and the guests. Without a doubt this will be talked about at every family event for years to come.
Kacy and Austin are a fun couple and they wanted their guests to enjoy the experience of their wedding reception. Therefore they hired LeForce Event Group to kick the reception into high gear and the Dj did not disappoint. Because the dance floor was packed all night.
Later in the evening, Kacy changed into her party clothes and danced the night away with her guests.
The Party Never Stopped
This party was bound to never stop. After Kacy and Austin had a private last dance the fun continued at the after party. No late night party is complete unless you have a second Dj, oversized games and dancing into the night.
