12-15 months is the recommended time to begin planning. Venues begin filling prime dates as early as a year in advance. We always recommend booking your must-have vendors (including your wedding planner) as soon as possible to ensure their availability on your date.

Your wedding coordinator's focus is on YOU and your wedding specifics. They manage all of the hired vendors, the wedding day timeline, your personal needs, family, and friends.
A seasoned wedding planning company won't offer a package that includes a planner showing up on the day of a wedding because it leaves too much room for errors.
Instead, we like to meet with our couples and receive a full download of the months of planning they've already done. We'll do things such as review vendor contracts for accuracy, personally confirm vendor time arrivals, review what vendors are bringing, and get familiar with the on-site contact.
Our customized timeline is based on our knowledge of the day in advance and takes hours to put together.

A planner who is Certified through the Wedding Planner Society has taken and passed a rigorous certification course that encompasses all areas of planning. This certification ensures that they not only have field experience but also practical information specific to the wedding industry.
Socialite Events will set up your standard wedding personal items like your card box, guest book, sand ceremony items, seating chart, table numbers, toasting flutes, cake topper, and cake knife/server. If you have more décor that needs to be set up please get in touch with your planner to discuss the additional labor needed.
