How did you meet?
At a mutual friends going away party at Smiling Bison in Orlando. Justin approached me at the bar and asked to buy me wine and poutine.

When did you each know the other was the “one”?
Dani: When Justin first took me to visit his family in South Florida and I saw how caring and fun he was around all of them! I I knew it wasn’t just an act but who he really was
Justin: Dani always supported and believed in my goals and still does. I wouldn’t be the successful nurse I am without her
Favorite thing about each other?
Dani: His smile and dumb jokes

Tell us about the proposal
It was Justin’s birthday weekend and we decided to spend a weekend away in Clearwater. Little did I know I was planning my own proposal. We had reservations for dinner and he wanted to see the sunset before dinner. We went to the beach to see the sunset and both our families were there and surprised me. When I turned around he was down on one knee!
What was the most memorable part of your wedding day?
First look! I feel like it was the only part of the day we got to slow down. Also hora loca with all our props was so fun.
Why did you select your venue?
We wanted somewhere with an ocean/water view as the background for the ceremony. We also both loved St. Augustine and the rooftop sold it for us.
Why did you want to hire Socialite Events?
I had a slight mental breakdown/panic attack before our engagement photo shoot LOL. Justin realized I probably would need some help the month of and definitely the day of the wedding to help keep me calm, cool and collected. Brittany had mentioned Socialite Events during our marketing course so I reached out!
What advice would you give to couples planning a wedding?
HIRE A MONTH OF/DAY OF COORDINATOR! I felt confident the whole night Stephanie could handle anything and everything. All the details/help I needed last minute she was able to help out. Also, allot more time to pictures than you think you’ll need! Everything goes by incredibly fast.
