As the Florida sun set on the beautiful Historic Highland Manor, it prepared the evening for an unforgettable outdoor wedding cermony. Jennifer and Kyle chose rich, romantic fall hues, with a touch of Bohemian flair, to compliment the richness of the landscaping surrounding this wedding venue. This couple created a memorable day filled with love, laughter and a night of dancing.
Getting Ready
As you prepare for your big day, remember to relax and savor each moment. From getting ready with friends, to private moments reading special notes, these memories are as precious as the ceremony itself.
Jennifer chose to spend this time with her bridesmaids, in matching pajamas, enjoying a few drinks and getting pampered with hair and makeup by M3. Meanwhile, Kyle enjoyed some leisurely time playing pool with the boys.
Once they each were dressed and ready to say “I Do”, they took a few moments to read special notes they had written to each other.
This tender moment was followed by their first look filled with a few tears and some hearty laughter. First looks provide an ideal moment to calm those pre-ceremony jitters and share a few precious moments alone together.
Florida Outdoor Wedding Ceremony
Without a doubt Highland Manor has the perfect location for an outdoor wedding ceremony in Florida. First the guest chairs were set around a grand ancient oak tree. Next the aisle was lined with glowing candle light and romantic fall colors. Finally, the oak tree was bedecked with twinkling lights where Jennifer and Kyle met to exchange their vows.

Formal Photos During Cocktail Hour
Jennifer and Kyle chose to have the majority of their couple’s portraits taken before the ceremony. However, they did take a few photos as newlyweds while their guests enjoyed a cheerful and celebratory cocktail hour. The photographers, Rudy + Marta used the scenic vistas surrounding the wedding venue to create unforgettable photographs. With the charming house, lush oak-shaded lawn enclosed by a white horizontal picket fence and the ancient oak trees, we had a hard time choosing our favorite portrait.
Boho Inspired Wedding Reception
The vibrant oranges of the floral centerpieces, paired with the soft hues of the table settings, set the stage for a welcoming wedding reception infused with the charms of Boho and fall. Add to that the warmth of the wood floors combined with the soft glow of the chandeliers and Jennifer and Kyle’s vision came to life. But don’t mistake the soft elegance of the décor for a subdued affair; they were gearing up for a night of celebration. The entire night the dance floor buzzed with energy as family and friends packed in to dance the night away. With Our DJ Rocks at the helm, it was destined to be an unforgettable evening. As the couple prepared to leave and start their new life as husband and wife, their guests gathered along the walkway to bid them farewell with bubbles and laughter.
